The unit itself is using VARIO PRO K+ module, including the Knowles microphones. The antenna is place on the unit not sticking out, so there can be slight disturbance if placed in an outlet for which GSM signal has difficulties to reach.
This electrical listening outlet is equipped with a small 220V battery, so the unit will work even when the power is shut down.
The electrical outlet is one of the best places to hide a listening device, although it is complicated the reward is perfect camouflage. GSM Spy Bug in power extension is equipped with a noise detection function and a spare battery, so it will keep functioning even during a blackout.
