This particular device is stored within a very durable, water resistant case, which allows the device to be left outside. It is especially useful for outdoor operations in potentially hostile environmnets, perfect for when you need to transfer data quickly.
The device operates on a strong 2.4 ghZ, designed for external IP cameras which are difficult to reach.
