4G Voice Recorder gHost-B1800 with FTP Upload and Scheduled Recording is a smart 4G sound recorder designed for remote audio monitoring in places where it is necessary to automatically record sound and securely upload it to an FTP server. Thanks to the integrated 4G LTE module, it operates independently of Wi-Fi networks, ensuring stable data transmission through the LTE network.

This version of the gHost-B adds an advanced recording and upload scheduler, allowing the device to record and transfer data within predefined time windows — without requiring any physical interaction. It is ideal for users who need autonomous and discreet sound monitoring with flexible upload timing.

Automatic File Naming – each recording is automatically named according to date and time of creation.

Recording to Memory Card:

The gHost-B1800 can passively record to a microSD card and later upload data to an FTP server. Recording can run continuously (RECMODE1) or only upon sound detection (RECMODE2). Each file is timestamped with date and time and can be configured in length via parameter RECDUR. Recording mode and duration can be changed remotely by SMS commands.

Uploading Recordings to FTP Server:

All recordings can be automatically uploaded to an FTP server – either immediately after creation (UPLOADMODE1) or during a scheduled upload window (UPLOADMODE2). This makes the system ideal for secure overnight data transfer.

4G LTE SIM Card Support:

No Wi-Fi connection required – simply insert a SIM card with data and the device will handle uploads through the integrated LTE modem.

Recording Schedules:

You can set up to three daily recording schedules, which may even overlap. For example, you can activate VOX mode from 12:00 to 20:00, while between 14:00 and 14:30 continuous recording will take place.

→ Sets scheduler 1 for continuous recording from 12:00 for 8 hours.

FTP Upload Scheduler:

Uploads can be set to occur immediately (UPLMODE1) or only within a specific time window (UPLMODE2). This allows the device to record throughout the day and upload all files later during a safe time slot, for example at night.

Remote SMS Configuration:

All device parameters can be adjusted remotely via SMS commands, giving you full flexibility to adapt the recorder’s operation to your needs at any time.

Exceptional Sound Quality:

Equipped with a Knowles microphone and preamplifier, the gHost-B1800 provides superb sound clarity — whispers are audible up to 5 meters away, and normal conversations beyond 15 meters. Sound quality of recordings exceeds that of live GSM listening.

Automatic Call or Recording on Noise Detection:

When noise is detected, the device can automatically call a preset number (RECMODE0) or start recording to internal memory (RECMODE2). Sensitivity and operation modes can be modified through SMS commands.

Unlimited Distance Listening:

Wherever there is mobile network coverage, you can listen in real time to what’s happening in your chosen environment. Simply call the number inserted in the device or wait for the device to call you upon noise detection (RECMODE0).
